Possesses the following advantages:— It is far lighter than the ordinary kind, consequently giving greater surface to the pound, is more economical, and being lighter, is therefore better adapted for Surgical purposes. Being made from new Flax, bleached, wove, and cleansed from all impurities, and never previously used for clothing or domestic pur- poses, it may safely be relied on as containing nothing of a deleterious or contagious nature.
