Welfare (continued) Incidence of Blindness, One notification of ophthalmia neonatorum was received in 1960. In accordance with Ministry of Health Circular 2/53 dated 22nd January, 1953, and subsequent circulars, Table 23 is inserted giving inform¬ ation as to the incidence of blindness with particular reference to the treatment of cataract and glaucoma in old people.
